Our polygel can become firmer or softer depending on the temperature. If you find it difficult to get the gel out of the tube, we recommend placing the tube in a glass of lukewarm/warm water for a few minutes. This softens the gel, making it easier to apply.

No, primer is not a required product to create beautiful nails. With primer, you can better prepare your nails, allowing them to adhere even better and extend the durability.

Yes, polygel can be used very diversely, including without nail tips. You can simply apply it over your own nails and build it up in layers.
On the other hand, working with nail tips is recommended because you always get a very nice smooth finish. You can decide how long to make them yourself, so just use a little less gel so they don't get much longer than you want.
If your nails have grown longer than desired, you can easily trim them with a nail clipper.

If they come off quickly, something went wrong during the application. The main causes of this are; air under the gel, not cured enough, nails not evenly dust-free before application, or no base coat or primer used.

Yes, polygel must always be cured under an LED/UV lamp. The higher the wattage, the faster and better they cure.
Both are fine, LED is just known for curing a bit better, becoming less warm, and being more durable.
