Our polygel can become firmer or softer depending on the temperature. If you find it difficult to get the gel out of the tube, we recommend placing the tube in a glass of lukewarm/warm water for a few minutes. This softens the gel, making it easier to apply.

Storage advice: Always store the tubes in a dry, dark place. So not directly in sunlight or near a window.

No, primer is not a required product to create beautiful nails. With primer, you can better prepare your nails, allowing them to adhere even better and extend the durability.

Sorry to hear you're not satisfied with the adhesion. If the application goes flawlessly, they are guaranteed to last 3+ weeks.

Some tips for maximum results:

1. Prepare your nails well by pushing back the cuticles, filing away snags, roughening the nail surface with a file, and degreasing it.
2. Always use the base coat and possibly even the primer on top of the base coat. (Both cure under the lamp)
3. Use nail tips that fit just around your own nail.
4. Place the tip with gel from your cuticle towards the end, so the gel spreads well lengthwise, then secure it with a clamp without releasing the tip first. This prevents air between the gel and your own nail.
5. Cure 1x extra after you have removed the tip.
6. File your nails gently in one direction before applying the topcoat.
7. It remains an extension of your own nail and adhesion is key, nevertheless you must always stay alert for snags on clothing, etc.

Yes, our polygel is actually very suitable for nail biters because it helps against biting. This way, you not only get beautiful nails afterwards, but you also break a bad habit. Win win then :)

Yes, polygel can be used very diversely, including without nail tips. You can simply apply it over your own nails and build it up in layers.

On the other hand, working with nail tips is recommended because you always get a very nice smooth finish. You can decide how long to make them yourself, so just use a little less gel so they don't get much longer than you want.

If your nails have grown longer than desired, you can easily trim them with a nail clipper.

Our polygel contains a very strong formula and with the right methods they adhere for 3+ weeks.

If they come off quickly, something went wrong during the application. The main causes of this are; air under the gel, not cured enough, nails not evenly dust-free before application, or no base coat or primer used.

Yes, polygel must always be cured under an LED/UV lamp. The higher the wattage, the faster and better they cure.

Both are fine, LED is just known for curing a bit better, becoming less warm, and being more durable.
