1. First manicure

Take a picture of your nails with a time stamp and send it to our customer service. Based on this you receive personal tips to improve your results.

2. Second manicure
After your second manicure you take a picture of another nail on the same hand, again with a time stamp. Fill us online form In and send this to us, so that we can put together a customized application guide for you.

3. Third manicure
Follow the personal application guide that you received after the second manicure. If you are still not satisfied after this third attempt, we will offer you a refund.

 

When are you not eligible for a reimbursement?

• No photos or time stamps attached to your requests.
• Submitting the same photos with each step.
• No real, you used by you.
• Do not comply with our general return policy.
• It cannot be applied to customers who order the same product again.
• Abuse or unlawful use of this policy means that the reimbursement expires.
• The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period are not eligible for a refund under this policy.
