Yes, once you have placed your order you will immediately receive a confirmation email and once your product has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 2 days of receiving the order confirmation, please contact us via the contact form.

Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from our webshop. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it under the following conditions:
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The product must be in the original packaging must be returned and must not be opened and must not contain any signs of use. If the product does not meet these conditions, we cannot accept the return. Nail cosmetics are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene if the seal has been broken after delivery. If you have unopened items from, for example, a starter set, this will be settled pro rata. Please contact us via info@glamnailsprofessional.nl.
Returns process
To return a product, you must complete the return form in full and include it with your return shipment. Without a return form, the return shipment will not be processed. The product must be returned with a track & trace shipment and you must email the code to info@glamnailsprofessional.nl , so that you can always prove that the product has been shipped and we can accept it at our warehouse. We are not liable for lost/damaged items.

Was your package automatically returned due to refusal of the package or failure to collect it from a collection point and do you want it to be processed as a return? Then you must make your return known via e-mail.
Refund
When we have received the returned products in the above-mentioned condition, we will refund the purchase amount including any paid shipping costs to your account within 14 working days. Costs for the return shipment are for your own account. If a package is refused or not collected at a service point, this also entails return costs that will be deducted from the total refund. These return costs differ per country, so make sure that you accept your package neatly or collect it from a post office/service point.
